Refund & Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your ERROYL order for whatever reason you may be eligible for a refund under our Refund and Returns Policy.
Purchasers are eligible to return their watch within 30 days from the date of purchase and receive a full refund, subject to meeting the applicable conditions.
To be eligible for a return your product must be:
- unused and in the same condition that you received it; and
- returned in the original packaging with all documentation and an original invoice/receipt.
Should you wish to proceed with returning your product, please contact us prior to returning your order and to advise ERROYL of your reason for return. We will generally respond within one business day and confirm further details to assist you in returning your order.
We recommend that your order be returned through your postal service by Air Mail with a tracking option. Please advise ERROYL of the tracking no. for our tracking purposes. Please note the cost of returning your order is at the customer's expense.
Once your returned order is received by ERROYL and the product inspected, ERROYL will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product/s. We will also notify you whether your refund will be processed in full or in part.
When processing the refund, ERROYL will issue a credit to your credit card or original mode of payment (PayPal account, credit card etc) within seven (7) business days of receiving your returned product/s.
On the odd occasion, there are certain situations where only a partial or no refund is processed, this could be where your ERROYL order is returned but not in it's original packaging or in it's original condition, is damaged or items are missing through no fault of ERROYL. In such circumstances we will advise you and arrange to return your timepiece to you, if applicable at your cost, or process a partial refund.
The decision to refund your order, including the amount, will be solely at the discretion of ERROYL.
DELAYS IN RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
If you haven’t received a refund after seven (7) business days of receiving confirmation from ERROYL, please follow-up directly with your bank or financial institution. In some instances delays by some banks and financial institutions in processing refunds can result in delays in excess of seven (7) business days.
If you have followed up with your bank and they have not received your refund please contact us and we will investigate through our financial institution.
Please note that ERROYL do not offer a product exchange. Please refer to the 'Returns' and 'Refunds' section for further information on how you can return your order and receive a refund.
