Shipping and delivery
SHIPPING OF ORDERS AND CUT-OFF FOR NEXT DAY SHIPPING
All orders placed with ERROYL are generally processed within 24 hours and shipping takes place within 1-2 business days from the date of order.
As a general rule, orders placed prior to 5:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) will usually ship the following business day. A tracking no. will be provided either prior to shipping or once your order has shipped for you to track the delivery status.
Please note a tracking no. will not be provided for orders of accessories, without a watch order placed at the same time, as these are sent as general airmail and not through a courier service like watch orders.
Shipping of pre-orders
Orders placed for product pre-orders will ship as soon as possible after ERROYL receive stock from their manufacturer and complete internal quality assurance on each product.
All pre-orders will be processed in the order they are received by ERROYL and you will be notified of your tracking number, where applicable, either prior to or at the time of shipping.
TRACKING UPDATES VIA EMAIL WITH AFTERSHIP
ERROYL provide automated emails, using Aftership, to provide order tracking information to customers. Prior to shipping customer details are recorded in our integrated Aftership application.
An email notification will be sent at the following stages:
- Order paperwork received
- Out for delivery
- Exception, e.g. recipient not home etc
All orders are shipped in a heavy duty ERROYL branded cardboard box and placed within an Australia Post (Express Post) or DHL Express satchel bag.
All watch deliveries within Australia are delivered by Australia Post as an Express Post delivery. Australia Post guarantee next day delivery within the Express Post network. Where your address is outside this network, Australia Post will deliver it to you as quickly as possible.
Please note all accessories (watch straps/bands) are sent by Australia Post as regular mail with delivery generally taking place within four business days from the date of shipping.
All international watch deliveries are sent by DHL Express, under certain limited circumstances orders can be shipped using Australia Post regular mail. Orders delivered by DHL Express can be tracked via the DHL website.
Please note DHL do not deliver to post office boxes, please consider this when placing an order as we will be unable to deliver to a post office box through DHL Express.
Please note all accessories (watch straps/bands) are sent by Australia Post or DHL Global Mail as an airmail shipment with delivery generally taking place between 10-20 days business days from the date of shipping.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
If your delivery address is outside Australia, you may be liable to pay importation duties and taxes. It is your responsibility to meet any additional charges applicable with importation and customs clearance. ERROYL will not be responsible for any additional charges that you may incur.
Where ERROYL has sent an order and the payment of customs and import duties have been refused, you will be responsible for any charges that ERROYL has incurred in the process of shipping your order, e.g. ERROYL will deduct any delivery charges imposed by our shipping agent from your reimbursement upon your order being returned to ERROYL.
Please note that customs policies differ from country to country and we recommend you refer to your local customs office for further information.
Please note that ERROYL is not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or fail to be received. Should either occur, we will work with you to resolve the issue with the carrier (Australia Post or DHL). Any decision to replace damaged or lost goods is solely at the discretion of ERROYL.
