All ERROYL watches are covered by our two (2) year international warranty, effective from the date of purchase against all manufacturer's defects.
The warranty excludes defects to the strap/band, crystal, damage to the movement through any modifications or repairs undertaken by third parties and damage caused by misuse or excessive physical force. Any damage to the watch from abnormal or inappropriate use is not covered under the terms of the warranty.
A warranty card is included with the purchase of your ERROYL watch. You should read this carefully and retain this for reference should you require assistance during the warranty period.
After receiving your ERROYL watch, customers are encouraged to register their watch to validate their warranty. By registering your watch, ERROYL are able to to provide a more efficient service should you experience an issue during the warranty period.

If you experience a problem with your watch please contact us and provide details of the defect or problem.
Please include the details from your certificate of authenticity to help us provide assistance, e.g. model no. and date of purchase etc.
We will endeavour to respond to your correspondence within two business days.
In certain circumstances, and with the express direction of ERROYL, we may seek your assistance in seeking repair of your watch locally. If so, we will cover the cost of repairs based on presentation of a receipt and a report identifying the problem. ERROYL will not meet the cost of any repairs you undertake locally with prior agreement.
Please don't return your watch until you have received advice from ERROYL prior. This will enable us to provide an estimated timeline for repairs and/or send you a replacement, if we deem this the most effective solution.
